Becoming intimate with one's husband after he consumes alcohol

Q: I asked this question before as well but I was confused. If my husband drinks alcohol and immediately after that becomes intimate, do I become impure due to his saliva as it's very hectic taking bath again and again. Also during menses if a female does istinja and after istinja the water falls on the feet, is it impure?
A: If the effects of the alcohol are still in his mouth then his saliva will be obviously napaak. But if he had swallowed it properly and thereafter he became intimate then you will not become napaak.
